1. When will an item be restocked?
We restock items every day. To be notified when an item is back in stock, you can select "notify my when available" on the product page.

2.How can I be sure my order has been received?
After placing an order, you will be given an order confirmation number. It will also be sent in an email with your order details.

3.How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes can be entered at checkout.

4.How is tax calculated for my order?
Taxes vary from state to state and is determined by the SHIPPING address on your order. We collect tax only within California.

Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at 626-339-3642 as soon as possible. Changes are not possible after the order has shipped.

6.Can I choose a different chain for my necklace?
No. All pendants come paired with a compatible chain selected by our jewelers. Depending on the bail of your necklace, some other chains may be compatible if you wish to purchase an additional option.

7.Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes, we do!

Custom designed jewelry starts at $2,000.00 for all designs and production time is 1-3 months.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is submitted. All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.

10.Why was my order canceled?
Orders that are marked fraudulent by our payment processors will be automatically canceled. King Ice will never cancel a legitimate order without reaching out. If your order was canceled it's likely that we reached out and did not hear back. The most common cancelations are duplicate orders.

When will my order arrive?

Almost all orders ship within 24 hours of being received. Please see our shipping page for more details.

If you have already received the tracking code you may check the status by the official website of the carrier.

12.Why does my tracking number show no updates?
A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you shortly after an order is placed. If you have received a tracking number, that means your package is in transit. We would be more than happy to confirm your order, just give us a call 626-339-3642


13.Do you ship internationally?
King Ice ships worldwide excluding Brazil, Indonesia, Morocco and parts of Africa. Please see our shipping page to check rates.

International forwarding services: QIXI JEWELRY is responsible for your package until it is marked delivered. Please contact the forwarding service if you meet any issues after your package has been marked as delivered.

We respect your privacy. We will never share, sell, or distribute your customer information. The only personal information any visitor is asked to provide on this website is name and email address, which is only used by QIXI JEWELRY for order communication and offers.

16.What is your return policy?
QIXI JEWELRY provides a 30-day return policy on all products purchased, except special order items. If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail (qixikuajing@outlook.com) or phone and we will immediately issue a return address with detailed instruction. IMPORTANT: All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you:

Return the merchandise to us within 14 days of your original purchase date for a refund or 30 days for an exchange. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all refunds. All sales items are final. Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of purchase. The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. You must include all packaging materials. You must pay for any return shipping expense. We recommend using standard shipping under the United States Postal Service to return the item due to our PO Box return location that only accepts USPS mail. Display the order # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. QIXI JEWELRY will replace defective items up to 2 times. If the second replacement item is defects then QIXI JEWELRY requires to return the item and we will refund your original order.

QIXI JEWELRY takes quality very seriously. Authentic King Ice pieces will have a King Ice stamp or Lion Tag. QIXI JEWELRY offers 925 silver jewelry. Material information can be found in the details section of any product page.
